Executive Members

John J. Okon, PhD, President:
An academic, researcher, and college professor, John was
elected president, having served previously as vice president in the outgoing
administration of the Congress.

Madam Emem Asikpo, Secretary:
An engineer and IT professional as well as a former
employee of Shell Development Corporation, Nigeria, Emem's devotion and business
acumen as chief scribe will be an invaluable asset to the development and progress of
Congress.

Tom Umoh, Assistant Secretary:
Environmental engineering professional, Tom is former President of Mboho Ndito Ibibio (MNI) Washington DC Chapter. He also held leadership positions in other reputable organizations, where his leadership was greatly valued.

Citizen Matthew K. Okono (MKO), Director of Communications/Nigerian Coordinator:
Productivity Advocate, Publisher, Public Affairs Analyst, Founder/President, Open Forum
Care for Humanity Foundation, and Secretary General, Adaha Ibibio (Ibibio Elders Forum).
Citizen MKO is a tireless social activist and patriot. His boundless enthusiasm for the
progress of Akwa Ibom State and its people as well as his productivity, transparency and
accountability in public service make him an invaluable asset.

Dominic Ikotidem, Treasurer:
An academic, researcher, and college professor, John was
elected president, having served previously as vice president in the outgoing
administration of the Congress.

Dominic Ikotidem, Treasurer:
Dominic is expected to provide continuity in the work of
IPC which has successfully served as the “ears” of aggrieved Akwa Ibom sons and
daughters all over the world. A healthcare administrator and a clinician, Dominic was the
founding Secretary of Uruan Development Association, USA. As Chairman of the
Fundraising Committee, later Secretary, of the African Christian Fellowship, Washington
DC Chapter, he, amongst several improvements, successfully facilitated the completion
of the Fellowship Center in DC, a testament to his ability to bring people together and to
work with them to get things done

Essien Samuel Essien, Financial Secretary:
A professional hospital and health care
administrator and former Special Assistant to two Directors-General of National Youth
Service Corps (NYSC), Abuja, as well as past President of AKISAN, New York, and Ubium
Development Association, USA, he will oversee the inflow and outflow of resources in
support of IPC interventions.

Chief Itata Itata, Esq., Legal Counsel:
A Dallas, Texas, based entrepreneur and senior
member of both the American Bar Association and the Nigerian Bar Association, Chief
Itata is expected to play a pivotal role in representing IPC in its advocacy role.

Enenwan Ebong, IPC UK Representative:
An engineer and Housing Project
Professional, a former President of Mboho Akwa Ibom State - UK & EIRE, Enenwan has
been with IPC since its founding and is expected to continue to make significant
contribution in her new role.

Bishop Edemekong Ekong:
A retired Civil/Structural Engineering, IPC UK assistant
representative. Formerly, Bishop Ekong was President, Mboho Akwa Ibom State (UK & Ireland). He is also a former High Commissioner, Mboho Mkparawa Ibibio Europe.
A Missionary and Bible Teacher, as well as Principal and Founder of Grace Bible
Training Centres established across several African countries, Bishop Ekong, in this
role, will provide the needed support for Enewan and also serve as a constant reminder
of the nation, known for the marginalization of minorities, the helpless, and vulnerable,
to come to repentance and restoration.

Anthony Udoekongg, IPC Assistant Homeland Representative:
A professional engineer,
Udoekong is also President & CEO at Autrax Solutions Limited, Lagos, Nigeria. His
wealth of experience, insight, and business acumen will be unquantifiable in directing
the work of IPC in Nigeria.
